Joseph A. Hickey is the Managing Director of Pearse Trust and the company’s Founder. He continues to offer legal and taxation advice to clients, while developing Pearse Trust in international markets.
Prior to Pearse Trust’s foundation, he worked with Ernst & Young and Deloitte & Touche where he was responsible for company secretarial matters.
He was educated at the Honorable Society of Kings Inns, Dublin as a Barrister at Law and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the International Tax Planning Association, the Offshore Institute and the International Fiscal Association.
He is a contributor to legal and taxation conferences and seminars in Europe and the Americas.
He is a former table tennis international and the current President of the Irish Table Tennis Association, having served in previous years as Chairman of the Board and also Chairman of the senior International Selection Committee.
