Pearse Trust Graduate Programme

As part of our ongoing expansion Pearse Trust is looking for ambitious candidates who have a strong desire to develop their career in company secretarial practice and complete the ICSA professional examinations.

The Graduate’s Role

Each trainee is assigned to a specialised company secretarial department, where they will assist in day-to-day operations. A vital component in a trainee’s development is the close relationship that exists between all junior members and management personnel. As part of the graduate programme the organisation has incorporated a rotation system, which allows trainees the opportunity to experience all facets of company secretarial work through placement in various departments and/or through assignment in our network of offices located in Dublin, Bray, London and Atlanta, Georgia.

Duties

A graduate will develop a wide range of skills and expertise in all aspects of company secretarial duties, including:

  • Maintaining statutory compliance for a large portfolio of companies
  • Amending Memorandum and Articles of Association
  • Statutory filing of documents with the Companies Registration Office
  • Maintenance of company registers
  • Administering AGM functions e.g. Notice, Minutes
  • Company incorporations; including company name searches
  • Strengthening and building relationships with a portfolio of clients
