Pearse Trust Graduate Programme
We offer personnel the opportunity to develop careers in the area of company secretarial, trusts and tax. We are currently recruiting graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in the areas of company secretarial practice, trusts and tax. It is anticipated that graduates would complete the ICSA professional exams and perhaps further professional qualifications thereafter.
The Graduate Role
Each trainee is assigned to a specialised technical department, where they will assist in day-to-day operations. A vital component in a trainee’s development is the close relationship that exists between all junior members and management personnel. As part of the graduate programme the organisation has incorporated a rotation system, which allows trainees the opportunity to experience the different services we provide through placement in various departments and/or through assignment in our network of offices located in Dublin, Bray, London and Wellington.
In this regard, Pearse Trust is very competitive and provides support to each graduate with an excellent study package. This comprises of study leave for each examination taken, and the payment of the fees associated with completing the ICSA exams.
- To hold or qualify in 2016 with a degree in Corporate Governance / Law / Company Administration.
- Alternatively to hold or qualify for a degree that exempts candidates to Professional Practice – Stage 2 of ICSA examinations. (All interested candidates should contact their Career Office or alternatively the ICSA for clarification of their exemptions)
- To hold or qualify in 2016 with a Masters.
- Excellent communication, written and PC skills.
- Attention to detail and an appreciation of good quality service.
- A team player and self-motivated.

The Interview Process
All candidates called for first round interviews will, on the one day, have four short interviews with different members of staff.
Successful candidates will then be recalled for a comprehensive interview with senior staff.
